Complaints procedure
The class teachers come into the yard before and after school and are happy to deal with brief queries from parents. On occasions parents may wish to discuss a particular concern about something that is occurring in school in more detail and are welcome to make an appointment in order to do so. The Head Teacher, or Deputy Head Teacher in her absence, is happy to respond to teaching, learning, school organisation queries or matters concerning pupil welfare during the school day that cannot be dealt with by the school office. We try to maintain a positive, professional relationship with parents at all times and will do our best to resolve concerns as efficiently and effectively as possible. We follow our complaints procedure in order that a fair and transparent system is in place.

Behaviour policy
Our pupils are very well behaved and display positive attitudes towards each other due to staff, pupils and parents working together in setting clear boundaries. We believe children should know what the consequences are when rules are broken and that sanctions will to be applied consistently and fairly. A booklet explaining our policy has been sent to all families.
