Multi-Cultural Week, 19th-23rd May , 2008 in Year One

Everyone enjoyed the activities planned for the week, but the highlight was the visit of Thomas's dad to talk about the times he has worked in Japan.

We were up to the challenge of using chopsticks!

We brought in things from home to show everyone!

Origami was hard but enjoyable!

Our Fantastic Climbing-frame Arrives!

Adventurous play and role-play have received a boost with the addition of the climbing-frame. Year 1 has thoroughly tested it!

Very important safety instructions are given first!
