The Year 1 and 2 creative curriculum topic in the summer term was Weddings. We had the most amazing time, culminating in a real 'pretend' wedding at St Andrew's Church. Take a look at our amazing photographs.

Reception, Year One and Year Two had the pleasure of welcoming The Music Team to school and had lots of fun joining in.

On Tuesday 27th September 2010 Year 1 and 2 visited Down on the Farm. We had an amazing time. We were not to sure who enjoyed it more, Miss Snowball and Mrs Stephenson or the children!

We have been studying the farm during our creative curriculum lessons. We have been having so much fun!

The whole school joined in a water fight to see off the 2009/2010 academic year. And what a year it has been. Thank you to everyone who has supported the school and a big thank you to the children who have made this year so enjoyable. Have a wonderful summer!

Today children, we will be learning about addition:

Friday afternoon + gorgeous sunny day + very naughty children + very immature teacher = water fight!!!

You should have seen us last week! Painting our socks off! Mrs Johnson is sure Year 2 will win a prize for the best painting in the Gateshead in Bloom competition. Look at some of our entries!

We were lucky enough to have a visit from ZooLabs where we learned about rainforests and some of the animals that live there!

Gosh! We have become hula hooping champions in the past few weeks! We hoopee to music and can now do a range of skills thanks to Mrs Johnson's fantastic hip action and impressive teaching techniques!
